Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  2. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  3. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  4. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  5. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
  6. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  7. Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
  8. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  9. Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
  10. Manages project budget.
  11. Analyzes project Implementation Results.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree / Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science,
    Management Information System or related fields.
  2. 3-7 years experience in IT project management, IT Software delivery or IT consulting.
  3. Knowledge of fundamental Project Management processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  4. If have Project Management Certificate such as PMP or Training certificate is plus.
  5. Experience in IT Project Management in Goverment or Business Sector.
  6. Ability to encourage and enable people to work together as a team to accomplish the project.
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  8. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
