Roles & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with sale teams to gather requirements from customers.
2. Study and assessment to understand customer IT areas to identify and a group requirement.
3. Finding the best-fit tech solution among all possibilities to meet customer group requirement.
4. Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for further business and team growth.
5. Demonstrated ability in mentoring and managing teams.
6. Create presentation document and explain for entire solution to internal teams and customers.
7. Supply the technical details of proposed solutions, draft project duration and manday estimation.
8. Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all team deliverables and continuously driving improvements within the team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 5 years or more working experience delivering technical networking design & implementation of solutions to customers
3. Have experiences of completing low level and high-level designs, following full technical pre-sales and project life cycle Possess experience in supervisory or team leadership roles
4. Prefer a candidate who have worked with SI company background or experienced in implementation engineer who have strong technical background and would like to change to be a presale.
5. The candidate must possess prior experience in managing teams or groups.
6. Good presentation skill.
7. Be able to design of system, networking, security and managed service solutions with a high level of accuracy. This includes defining solution hardware, licenses, professional services budgets and services. The related products/services relate system, networking and security such as virtualize machine technology, enterprise backup solutions, Microsoft services, next generation firewall technologies, endpoint security platform.
8. Familiar with enterprise products such as VMware, Nutanix, Cisco, Bitdefender, Palo Alto, Veeam Backup, Could services (AWS or Azure)
9. Understand security conceptual such as Zero Trust, SASE, Could Security, Security for IoT/OT
