CYBER SECURITY MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and work on Cyber Security framework based on business objectives and strategic imperatives of the client organization including goals, vision, mission, and operational plans.
2. Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for further business and team growth.
3. Demonstrated ability in mentoring and managing teams.
4. Ensure that the agreed-upon SLA is followed for security system uptime.
5. Share information about cyberthreats, statistics, and efforts related to Cyber Security with various stakeholder levels, such as the Board of Director and Senior Management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 10 years of experience in CyberSec.
3. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams.
4. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Big plus for any CyberSec Certificate e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC or CompTia Security+.
